Fernando Naya defended his doctoral thesis on 4 June in the ICTA department at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. His thesis, “The Two Genomes of Gilthead Sea Bream (Sparus aurata): A Multi-Omics and Holobiont Approach” was co-supervised by Jaume Pérez-Sánchez (IP1 of the CSIC1 Group at GVA-ThinkInAzul) and Carla Piazzon (IP2 of the CSIC3 Group). His thesis and his defense were awarded the grade of Outstanding with cum laude honors. We congratulate Fernando on his excellent work.
