The applicant research group, mainly from the Food Quality and Safety (CSA) research group, belongs to the Center for Agri-Food and Agri-environmental Research and Innovation of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (CIAGRO-UMH) and is formed by nine researchers, with a marked multidisciplinary character since it is composed of veterinarians, chemists, agronomists and food technologists. The research lines of the CSA group are based on the analysis of food products through the study of their physical, chemical, functional and sensory properties.
